Reservations
How do I reserve nights at the lodge? ▸
Reservations are made one night at a time. At checkout, select "Invoice Me" if you want to pay for multiple nights together after your stay. If you choose to pay immediately, each night is charged separately.
Use the Reservations page to book.
Can I cancel or change a reservation? ▸
Yes. Cancellations can be made online at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day changes, contact Reservations.
- Website: Profile → My Event Registrations → open the reservation → Cancel
- Mobile App: My Tickets → select the night → Cancel

What should I bring? What does the lodge provide? ▸
Please bring:
- Twin sheets
- Pillowcase
- Towels
The lodge provides:
- Pillows (not cases) and blankets
- Bathrooms: toilet paper and tissues
- Kitchen: paper towels, napkins, dishes, utensils, cookware
- Wood for the fireplace
- Wi-Fi (cell service is limited; no TV)

What are the current nightly rates? ▸
If rates change during the season, the Reservations/Store pages are the source of truth.

Flex Packs
What is a Lodge Flex Pack? ▸
A Lodge Flex Pack is a pre-paid bundle of lodge nights at a discounted rate. You choose the number of nights you expect to use for the season.
Flex Packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and unused nights expire at season end.
Flex Pack pricing (Early Bird vs Regular) ▸
Early Bird pricing applies when offered during the EB window (typically tied to renewing by a set date). Lodge Packs page is source of truth.

Why did the club switch to Flex Packs? ▸
Flex Packs are more flexible, fair, and transparent. Instead of overbuying and losing unused nights, members choose exactly the number of nights they plan to use — and only pay for what they need.
What if I don't use all the nights in my Flex Pack? ▸
Unused nights expire at the end of the season. Choose a tier that matches your realistic plans.
Can I roll over unused nights to next season? ▸
No. Flex Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable, and unused nights do not roll over. Choose your pack size accordingly.
Is there any exception for rollover nights? ▸
In very limited cases (e.g., medical emergencies), members may be offered a full or partial rollover. This is not standard policy.
Contact the Board Secretary for special approval.
What if I need more nights than I purchased? ▸
Nights that exceed your Flex Pack are billed at an overage rate of $40/night if you purchased a pack of 10 nights or more.
Can I still pay per night without a Flex Pack? ▸
Yes. Members who prefer not to pre-purchase can pay on a per-visit basis at standard nightly rates. See the Rates section above.
Where can I see my remaining nights? ▸
Your nights purchased, used, and remaining are tracked in your member profile.
